1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of Blue Horizon, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Services Description
Blue Horizon provides custom printing services for sweatshirts and related apparel. Our services include:
- Custom design consultation and creation
- Screen printing, heat transfer, and embroidery services
- Rush order processing
- Bulk order fulfillment
3. Order Process and Payment
Orders are processed upon receipt of full payment and approved design. Payment terms are as follows:
- 50% deposit required for orders over BGN 500
- Full payment required for orders under BGN 500
- Payment accepted via bank transfer, cash, or card
- Prices are subject to change without notice
4. Design and Intellectual Property
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any designs, logos, or images provided for printing. Blue Horizon reserves the right to refuse orders that may infringe on intellectual property rights or contain inappropriate content.
Custom designs created by Blue Horizon remain the property of the customer upon full payment.
5. Production and Delivery
Production times vary based on order complexity and quantity:
- Standard orders: 3-5 business days
- Rush orders: 24-48 hours (additional fees apply)
- Bulk orders (50+ pieces): 5-7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
6. Quality Guarantee and Returns
We guarantee the quality of our workmanship and materials. If you are not satisfied with your order due to our error, we will:
- Reprint the order at no additional cost, or
- Provide a full refund
Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. Custom orders cannot be returned unless there is a defect in our workmanship.
7. Limitation of Liability
Blue Horizon's liability is limited to the cost of the order. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled. Deposits are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to our inability to fulfill the order.
9. Force Majeure
Blue Horizon is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Plovdiv, Bulgaria.

12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
